This lovely vintage Naples home is about to be transformed into the owners' two-story dream home.
While maintaining its old-Florida look, ARC will be adding a wing and a second floor master suite.
This exciting addition will be constructed using ARC's custom architectural plans and their all-steel building technology.

New roof and some wall parts are delivered to site.
New floor plans show rearrangement of living and sleeping areas. A first floor extension adds a media room and boasts an open kitchen, living, dining plan opening to existing pool. Above the previous garage space will be an expansive second floor master suite.
