TRADITIONAL STYLING WITH NEW STEEL FRAME TECHNOLOGY
Mr. Vasquez graduated from Texas A & M University in 1978 and is a registered Texas architect.

After receiving his degree, Sam was employed as an intern architect with Morris Aubry, a 300-man architectural firm in Houston TX. As part of a team, he paricipated in the design of several large-scale commercial projects.

After relocating to Southwest Florida, he worked under a Design/Construction/Management contract with the developer of the Vanderbilt Lakes subdivision, "Carmel" in Bonita Springs, FL. During this time, he designed, land-planned and oversaw construction of the seven individual zero lot-line homes in their model park.

He has designed and built numerous moderately-priced as well as custom luxury homes. Sam's work is showcased in Bonita Bay, Quail Creek, Estero Bay, Wyndemere, North Naples and Quail West.

His most recently completed custom home is in Livingston Woods, which you can view in the gallery on this website.

ARC is a full-service design/ build company. Because of this, your house plans, land plans and construction can all originate in the ARC offices, therefore, saving the owner money and time.

Sam on Steel:

"After building conventional residential for many years, one day while looking through a light-gauge steel catalog, a lightbulb went on! I thought...if wood and block are good building materials, then steel would have to be great"

After much research, I discovered that this was not an original thought (much to my chagrin)...other people had come to the same conclusion in other parts of the country, and were successfully building residential with steel.

Strength, stability, non-combustibility, imperviousness to termites and mold plus environmental benefits have proven that steel is the perfect choice for semi tropical climates. Actually, perfect for any area where extreme weather takes its toll. These benefits, plus the fact that you can create incredibily beautiful structures much more easily and cost-effectively with steel frame, and you know you have a winner!

Since that discovery, I have focused totally on building with steel. My many satisfied clients will cheerfully agree that this is definitely the way to go."
